Project objective: Creating a modern airport management system in the Republic of Uzbekistan, attracting the private sector to the industry, and improving efficiency.
Key tasks:
- develop, in collaboration with relevant ministries, agencies, and international consultants, a development strategy for the airports of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
- gradually reform the industry by involving the private sector.
- regularly report information and proposals to the country’s leadership on solving problems that hinder the effective implementation of reforms.
