Biography

Abdulla Abdukadirov was born on February 19, 1961 in the city of Tashkent.

In 1982 he graduated from the Tashkent Institute of National Economy.

1987-1990 – Researcher at the Institute of Economics of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

1990-1997 – Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan: Deputy Head of Department, Head of Department, Deputy Minister and First Deputy Minister.

1996-2004 – First Deputy Chairman of the State Property Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, General Director of the Center for Development and Improvement of the Securities Market.

2000-2004 – Branch of the Dutch bank ABN AMRO NV in Uzbekistan, head of the treasury, deputy chairman of the board.

2005-2013 – General Director of Smart Heating Systems LLC.

2008-2013 – KhATB “Infinbank” – member of the Supervisory Board.

2015-2022 – Double A Solutions LLC (Tashkent), General Director

2020-2022 – Ministry of Investments and Foreign Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Advisor to the Minister.

Since 2022 – First Deputy Director General of the Agency for Strategic Reforms under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan
