15 documents were signed as a result of the state visit by Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, the president of Kazakhstan, to Uzbekistan. These documents aim to further increase collaboration between significant ministries and companies in the two countries. The Memorandum of Cooperation between the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Strategic Reforms Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan is one of the treaties that was signed.
The Parties intend to collaborate within the variables of this Memorandum in the formulation and implementation of state policy in the areas of strategic planning, document preparation for the state planning system, strategic forecasting, monitoring and evaluation of reform implementation and efficacy, and assessing the effectiveness of state authorities.
