⚖️ With the assistance of the Agency for Strategic Development, Marie-Ann Birken, a legal expert, and consultant on international cooperation for the Project Office of the Advisor to the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on economic development, effective management, and international cooperation, held a seminar-training where the teaching staff of research centers and higher educational institutions in the field of law was informed about the legal regimes and procedures for resolving disputes in various MFCs and commercial courts.
