Within the framework of the Strategic Initiatives Accelerator created under the SDA, working sessions were launched with the participation of representatives of the Central Bank, the Ministry of Economic Development and Poverty Reduction, the Ministry for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications, the State Tax Committee, the State Customs Committee and other institutions.
During the meetings, the draft resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On additional measures to further improve the investment climate and business environment” developed by the Strategic Development Agency is being discussed.
New proposals in the banking, tax, agricultural sectors, as well as in the field of tax and customs administration, aimed at improving the business environment in the country, are being considered in detail.
All initiatives and mechanisms formed as a result of the Accelerator’s work, as well as the draft Resolution “On additional measures to further improve the investment climate and business environment”, will be submitted for discussion by the Council of the Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
